Pinball Magazine launched, new interview, french preview
Greetings fellow pinball fans,
Since launching Pinball Magazine at the UK Pinball Party – you can read the show report on Pinball News – the magazine has been shipped to those who ordered a copy via the Pinball Magazine website. Last week the European copies were delivered and this week saw copies arriving in North America.
The feedback has been nothing but positive. Thank you! I’m very happy the magazine has received such a good reception. If you want to read some of the comments, do check out the feedback page on the Pinball Magazine website.
Pinball News did a post-launch interview with me and that was published last night. I invite you to take a look at it – amongst other things I talk briefly about plans for the second issue of Pinball Magazine.
For French speaking pinball fans I have some exciting news: thanks to the hard work of Loic and Emmanual, the 8-page preview magazine of the first issue of Pinball Magazine has been translated into French and it is available for free online. The thinking behind it is to establish if there is enough demand to translate the entire magazine into French and produce a printed version.
Last but not least: the second batch of magazines that will be shipped is scheduled to be sent out next Monday or Tuesday. If you haven’t ordered your copy yet there’s still time to be included in this batch if you order now. Remember, the postal costs in the web shop will be adjusted later on once we have been invoiced and the exact costs are clear; If it turns out that costs go down then you’ll be refunded the difference.
